Turkmen-Uzbek trade turnover was equal to 16,1 million dollars in January
In January 2023, the mutual trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan equaled 16,1 million USD. This is reported by the State Statistics Agency under the President of Uzbekistan.
As noted, in January 2023, the mutual trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan amounted to 16,1 million USD, 10,4 million of which was accounted for by Turkmenistan's exports to the neighboring country, and 5,7 million by Uzbekistan's exports.
During the reporting period, the total foreign trade turnover of Uzbekistan was more than 5 billion USD, and this indicator increased by 42% compared to the same period last year. The top five main trading partners of Uzbekistan are the Russian Federation (688,4 million USD), China (544 million USD), Germany (496,6 million USD), Kazakhstan (333,5 million USD) and Türkiye (261,7 million USD).
