The establishment of new transport and logistics links between Turkmenistan and Armenia was discussed
The issues of transport and logistics infrastructure and the establishment of new logistics communications were discussed during the meeting of the Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Yerevan Mukhametgeldi Ayazov with the Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia A.Aleksanyan.
Representatives of the Armenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry raised the issue of using Turkmenistan's transport and transit potential for Armenian trucks. The Turkmen Ambassador was asked to assist in the search for cargo carriers and business partners in Turkmenistan to establish direct cooperation.
In turn, Ambassador M. Ayazov told the interlocutors about the international transport and logistics forum "International Transport Corridors: Interconnection and Development - 2023" recently held in Ashgabat and its results.
At the end of the meeting, the interlocutors expressed confidence that the establishment of logistics communications between the two countries will contribute to the further development of trade and economic cooperation.
