The contract envisages not only the construction of the plant itself, but also the reconstruction or creation of new external supply engineering systems, including electricity, gas, water, communications and sewage.

During the Cabinet of Ministers meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of successfully solving the tasks set for the oil and gas industry and ordered to ensure proper control over the implementation of the decree.
