Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed to speed up the construction of the second stage of the city of Arkadag
The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, during a working trip to the city of Arkadag, instructed to take a responsible approach to accelerating the construction of the second stage of the new city and ensure the commissioning of buildings on time, the Vatan information program reported.
At a working meeting with the participation of the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and the Head of the City Administration G. Mammedova, reports on the current state of work were heard and plans to attract investment were discussed.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized the need to use advanced experience and modern technologies in construction, paying special attention to the strength and durability of materials. He also noted the importance of continuing work to attract investment in the construction of production facilities and a medical cluster.
During the meeting, issues of preparation for the relocation of residents to new homes, as well as the organization of cultural events in honor of upcoming national holidays, were discussed. Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty emphasized that all celebrations must correspond to the spirit of modernity and contribute to the patriotic education of the city’s youth.
Particular attention was paid to the introduction of digital technologies and innovations into urban infrastructure. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov called for intensifying international cooperation in this area to ensure a high level of technological development of the new city.
