Dubai government unveils its new logo

The Dubai government has unveiled its new logo. It symbolizes the progressive leadership of the emirate and its development path to become a “city of the future.” The emblem was unveiled at a meeting of the Dubai Executive Council, which was chaired by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.

“We have updated the old iconic Dubai logo and adopted it as the new logo for the Government of Dubai,” he said.

The Dubai Executive Council is responsible for implementing the new logo. Government agencies will have a six-month transition period to implement the new logo.

The new emblem contains elements such as the Falcon (It symbolizes the authenticity and pride that distinguishes Dubai), the Palm, which is the personification of generosity and hospitality.

The logo also features the Flag and Ghaff Leaves as a national symbol of flexibility, agility, tolerance and coexistence.

Also at the meeting of the Dubai Executive Council, the “Dubai Public-Private Partnership Portfolio” for 2024-2026 worth Dh40 billion was adopted. In addition, the Crown Prince approved the emirate's Affordable Housing Policy and the Dubai Sandbox project, designed to support 100 start-up technology businesses
