136 new houses were put into operation in Ashgabat on City Day
Today, in the Choganly residential area of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap of the city of Ashgabat, celebrations were held to mark the opening of 136 new two-story houses. The new residential complex is a visible result of a successfully implemented urban development program in the capital, the most important component of which is providing citizens with modern and affordable housing.
The decision of the President of Turkmenistan, along with the modernization of the existing housing stock, to build not only comfortable “high-rise buildings”, but also houses with fewer floors, including cottage type, with an improved layout and a full range of amenities, is aimed at achieving this goal.
This makes it possible to further expand the opportunities for citizens to choose suitable housing that meets both high quality criteria and the individual needs and preferences of residents, TDH reports.
