Mercedes-Benz celebrates 130 years in motorsport
In honor of the 130th anniversary of its racing debut, Daimler presented a limited edition Mercedes-AMG GT3 Edition 130Y Motorsport supercar. A total of 13 exclusive cars will be produced at a price of 1,03 million euros, reports auto.ru.
The new GT3 embodies Mercedes-Benz's rich racing history. The car's design references the legendary 1952 300 SL W194, while the interior is inspired by the interior of the 1955 Mercedes-Benz SLR 300 raced by the legendary Juan
Manuel Fangio. Modern technologies are combined with classic design elements, creating a unique look.
Each supercar owner will receive an exclusive set of accessories, including custom racing gear and a collector's model of the car.
