Administrative buildings and retail premises are put up for sale in Ashgabat
On September 12, a major auction for the sale of state property will be held in Ashgabat. The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan will put up for auction a number of significant objects, including administrative buildings of business associations, retail premises and government shareholdings. The corresponding announcement was published in today's issue of the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper.
Among the most attractive lots in the capital are two administrative buildings of the economic associations “Nur Zaman” and “Damjaly Baglar”, located on G. Kuliyev street in Ashgabat. The starting price of each of them is 45 968 148 manats. Also up for sale are the retail premises of the "Turkmenbashy" Joint Stock Commercial Bank and the "Garadamak" auto repair shop of the "Turkmenawtoulaglary" Agency.
The auction will be held in digital format on the site www.e.fineconomic.gov.tm and through a mobile application. Both citizens of Turkmenistan and foreign citizens and legal entities who have passed the necessary registration and paid the required fees are allowed to participate. For foreign participants, it is mandatory to have a conclusion from the Agency for the Protection of the Economy from Risks.
Acceptance of applications for participation in the auction is already open and will continue until September 11. Registration of participants will begin on the day of the auction at 9:00.
