The President of Turkmenistan made personnel changes in the Balkan velayat
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed new khyakims to the city of Balkanabat and the Kizylarvat etrap of the Balkan velayat, TDH reports.
According to the Decree of the head of state, Shokhrat Annamyradov was dismissed from the post of khyakim of the Kizylarvat etrap of the Balkan velayat as “he failed to cope with the duties assigned to him.”
Emin Ashyrov, who previously held the position of khyakim of the city of Balkanabat, was appointed in his place. Ovezgeldi Goshdzhanov became the new khyakim of Balkanabat.
