President of Turkmenistan congratulates Brazil on Independence Day
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and all the people of the country on the occasion of the national holiday – Independence Day, TDH reports.
In his message, the head of the Turkmen state wished President Lula da Silva good health and happiness, and the friendly people of Brazil – peace, well-being and prosperity.
