Ashgabat has improved the online service for buying tickets for intercity buses

The Ashgabat Passenger Transportation Company (Awtomobil ulag hyzmaty JSC) of the Turkmenavtolaglary Agency has updated its website and mobile application, significantly improving the user experience and expanding the functionality for passengers


Passengers can now buy up to 10 tickets at a time and return them online. Added the function of checking the ticket status by scanning the QR code on the PDF version of the document.

On the new website www.auh.com.tm:8080 or, through the updated app, you can buy tickets for dates starting from September 20th. The old site (auh.com.tm ) will only work for the purchase of tickets for dates up to and including September 19th.


The mobile application has also undergone significant changes. In addition to the updated design and improved performance, it has added features such as viewing purchase history and the ability to save passenger data for quick processing of future orders.

The ticket purchase process remained simple: users need to specify the departure and arrival points, select the date of the trip and a seat on the bus, as well as enter their phone number and the necessary payment details. The cost of tickets varies depending on the route.

Awtomobil ulag hyzmaty JSC provides a wide range of transport services, including passenger transportation by buses on suburban, intercity and urban routes, as well as taxi and custom buses.
