The President of Turkmenistan decided to begin construction of the second phase of the city of Arakadag
The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on the construction of the second stage of the city of Arakadag. In particular, the document allows the relevant institutions and enterprises to enter into contracts with local construction companies for the design, construction and improvement of buildings and structures, as well as adjacent territories.
The decree stipulates that construction work should begin in June of this year and buildings and structures will be commissioned fully ready for use in September 2026.
The document was created in order to successfully solve the problems outlined in the Program “Revival of a new era of a powerful state: National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022–2052”, enhancing the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Arkadag, reports TDH.
