The cars that their owners are most satisfied with have been named

J.D. Power has released the results of its annual APEAL study, which measures car owner satisfaction. This year, Rivian, Porsche, and MINI received the highest ratings, while electric vehicles reached a record level of approval from buyers, auto.ru reports.

The premium segment was led by Porsche (891 points), Jaguar (886) and Land Rover (882). Rivian, which participated out of competition, scored 900 points. The average score in this category was 870 points.

Among mass brands, MINI took first place with 858 points, followed by Ram (854) and Kia (853). The average score in this segment is 838, which is traditionally lower than the premium.

The overall satisfaction level increased by 2 points compared to last year, reaching 848 points. Analysts attribute this to manufacturers' more attentive attitude to customer wishes.

Electric cars showed a record high level of satisfaction - 877 points. The best in the model classification was the BMW 7 Series sedan, and the largest number of awards in individual categories were received by Hyundai-Kia, BMW and Toyota.

However, the study also revealed problem areas: media systems continue to cause the greatest user dissatisfaction due to complex interfaces and poor sound quality.
